For the summer of 2023, I interned at Verdi Alliance working on the current construction of "The Goode Condos" on 37 Parliament St. During this internship, my main task was to transfer information from the architectural/structural drawings to visible on-site marks using equipment such as total stations, eye levels, and laser levels, in conjunction with marking tools like spray paint, chalk reels, nails, and wood. Other tasks I had to regularly perform was marking saw-cut locations on freshly dried slabs to aid in crack control, as well as marking footing locations to be excavated.

During my internship at Limen, a significant portion of my responsibilities involved file management for the several concurrent construction projects. My day-to-day tasks mainly involved retrieving revised drawings via emails and storing them in their respective project folders for others to access, as well as creating excel sheets for material orders to track expenses for the company. A good portion of my responsibility was also to aid communications for my manager by corresponding with other companies by submitting RFI's or questions about material costs.
