Customer Success Manager
CurrentAs a CSM, I take over the responsibility of the customer once they have signed a contract with us. I onboard them and then maintain communication with the customer to ensure their needs are met. I also look at needs they may not know they have. Finding solutions and coming up with suggestions so that the customer gets the greatest possible benefit from the platform. Leading various customer projects such as system implementation and training is another part of my role.In addition to the responsibility for my customers and projects, I have several other areas of responsibility which include:Develop and manage strategic coaching guidesManage and act on customer surveysPlan and execute major customer events and webinarsDevelop and manage the service portfolioDevelop and manage project layout documentation
