When I moved to Dalian in 2006, I had to hunt for useful information in a mix of local blogs, forums and rudimentary government websites. Most of what I learned came from word of mouth.DalianDalian was an effort to bring together many disparate pieces of information about Dalian, a city in Northeast China with a growing expat population and a thriving tech.
