I am currently working on the RAES-2 contract with US EPA evaluating and prioritizing over 250 abandoned uranium mines on the Navajo Nation in Arizona and New Mexico.

From 2019-2020 I served as an assistant coach to the Sir Francis Drake High School Mountain Bike Team (MTB). From May 2020 - May 2023 I was a co-head coach of the team. We compete in the Norcal (Norcal Interscholastic Cycling League) which operates under NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association). In this role I served as a leader of the team, recruited volunteer and stipend assistant coaches and ride leaders, assisted with equipment and logistics needs for training rides and events, races and team events. I liaised with the public, other teams in our league, parents, educators, administrators, race officials and student athletes concerning our racing and training programs. I was responsible for obtaining and retaining our team sponsors from private parties and the Drake Fund and Archie Williams Falcon Foundation. I coordinated and assisted with choosing jersey and trailer wrap designs, assisted with selecting team captains, coordinated and taught our indoor cycling training program.

The Nelson Group, Inc. Real Estate was a partnership between Compass top producer, Caroline Nelson and consulting and real estate development veteran, Chris Nelson. We served clients in Marin County with sales, purchasing, leasing and consultation on real estate issues. The Nelson Group is a consistent top producer in Marin County currently sitting in the top 3% of agents for the past several years. I lead business management efforts for the Nelson Group as well as business development, marketing, buyers agent assistance for our clients as well as listing presentations, CMAs, preparing properties for listing, property showings, etc.In this role I helped lead the team to sales records of $28 Million in 2017, $30 Million in 2018 and $33 Million in 2021.

Government Affairs and Environmental Management:Sustainable Environmental Management: including pursuing sustainable solutions for soil, asphalt and concrete re-use under the approved Remedial Action Plan/Risk Management Plan (RAP/RMP) with DTSC oversight. Work with project team, consultants, regulators and contractors to achieve sustainable environmental solutions consistent with DTSC approved Remedial Action Plan and Risk Management Plan. Significant achievements include managing the soil tracking program for both on site contaminated and clean, suspect soils as well as the soil import program. The project also includes a drought-responsive solution for managing on site groundwater extracted during construction and used, following four stage treatment, on site for dust control.Proactively and collaboratively managing Government Affairs for CCIG Oakland Global LLC for the horizontal and vertical construction and redevelopment at the former Oakland Army Base. Attend regulatory agency meetings and conduct outreach with organized labor, City of Oakland and other jurisdictions regarding activities and construction on the site. Currently working with client and other consultants pursuing a multi mullion dollar funding allocation for the City of Oakland/Oakland Global Project from the Alameda County Transportation Commission (ACTC). Senior Principal Scientist/Senior Project Manager responsible for pursuing new business and growing all business lines (Environmental, Civil, Geotechnical and Applied Information Technology Services) for AMEC (formerly MACTEC) offices in San Francisco Bay Area, including Oakland, San Francisco and Petaluma. Liaised with company leadership and thought leaders on Brownfields consulting issues to assist in growing a consulting practice nationwide. Managed all proposal efforts for private and state environmental and civil engineering pursuits. Supervised three marketing and admin staff in two offices.

National Partner for Brownfield consulting services. Responsible for managing the implementation of SCS Engineers' strategic initiative for brownfields and landfill redevelopment. This included a sharp focus on sustainable re-use of land through alternative and clean energy generation on closed landfill sites, capitalizing on SCS Engineers' and SCS Energy's strengths in landfills, landfill gas to energy and brownfields experience. Successfully secured multiple contracts from private and state clients for brownfields consulting work and environmental investigation. Sat on numerous panels and committees related to California's statewide brownfields and redevelopment efforts. Spoke at national and statewide events on brownfields redevelopment, brownfields financing programs and the deployment of solar panels on closed municipal landfills.

Responsible for leading all business development efforts for four northern California offices (Pleasanton, Santa Rosa, Larkspur and West Sacramento) as well as assisting and augmenting efforts statewide in other offices for Brownfield services. Liaised with local office managers, marketing staff and technical managers on focused BD efforts to pursue new business and expand market share for each geographic location.

Directed environmental cleanup, permitting, entitlements, acquisition and disposition of environmentally impaired "brownfields" sites for privately held boutique land development firm.

Investigations and remediation of former Army landfills, fill sites and other contaminated sites in accordance with cleanup standards appropriate for a National Park. Skillfully managed consultants, contractors and liaised with numerous stakeholders to meet accelerated cleanup deadlines. Attended and presented at hundreds of public meetings on the progress of the Presidio Trust Environmental Remediation Program. Collaborated with stakeholders in selecting appropriate investigation and cleanup methods for hundreds of contaminated sites to prepare them for productive reuse and public benefit.
