Chrisanne has served as President of the Western Pennsylvania Personnel Association and Vice President of Frederick County SHRM. She frequently volunteers to present to job seekers, students and transitioning military, offering expert advice on finding employment. Additionally, she offers herself to mentor young professionals as they advance in their careers, and previously served as Vice Chair of the Board of Advisors for the Woman to Woman Mentor Program in Frederick County Maryland.
