"My Sleeping Patterns"
Current♦ At the age of 15 I realised that my "Sleeping Patterns" were not like those of most "sleepers". Since then to the present, I only sleep on average 20 hours a week.This without any adverse, physical, mental or medical effect.♦ Therefore out of the 168 hours we are all graced with each and every week, I am able to maximise circa 148 of those hours :)♦ Family, Life, Pleasure, Holidays, Fun, Play, Work & Sleep are all bundled up together & all the same to me ! It`s simply my way of life which I thoroughly enjoy ~ it works well for me :) ♦ The Upside : I enjoy opportunities that perhaps are not available to most, especially those who require the accepted "norm" of 6 to 8 hours sleep per night !♦ The Downside ~ in my world ~ there isn`t one :)♦ The Mathematics, Simple Reasoning and Pure Logic dictate that compared to the average 6 to 8 hours per night sleeping person :-My weeks equate to circa 6 of their weeks. My years therefore equate to circa 1 year and 6 months.♦ Because of of "My Sleeping Patterns" I can Do & Do, Do 50% more than most people can Do :)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~☀ ☀ ☀ Now consider this for just a few seconds ☀ ☀ ☀“Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty well preserved body ~ but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up and totally worn out, proclaiming loudly, WOW What A RIDE !""We only have one life ~ so Live it to the full !" ~ I certainly DO :)I am often asked when and where do I sleep best :"Wherever I am and may lay my head, have a power nap or the odd short sleep when necessary" :)◄ HEALTH WARNING ► ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Our minds and bodies ALL work/function differently.Too little sleep can be HARMFUL for most people. ♦ SEVERE SLEEP DEPRIVATION CAN KILL ! ♦~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
