Job Description: Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.Design, development and validation of testability circuits. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods. Development and debug of complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. Design and debug of validation and production test hardware solutions. Integrated Circuit debug, validation and re-design to guarantee component margin to spec. Analysis of component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability. Analysis of early customer returns with emphasis on test hole closure activities. Optimization of component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.

Joint Management Consulting Field Experience with a team consisting of four representatives of Babson College, MBA program and five Universidad Adolfo Ibanez MBA students. For this consulting project, we traveled to Santiago, Chile to engage Company directors and senior management team on the challenges they face in developing their commercial refrigeration business in the United States.
