I joined Deloitte to build our strategy and operations capabilities in the Semiconductor and High Tech Industries and serve as a leader in our high tech supply chain practice.I also lead our alliances with the Association for Supply Chain management, where I am in the inventory of a novel framework for designing digital supply networks. I joined A.T. Kearney to help build the high tech industry practice. While at Kearney I served major companies in the semiconductor, high tech equipment, contract manufacturing, and aerospace and defense sectors on matters of technology and market strategy and smart manufacturing. My technology strategy clients also included branches of the US Military.

Partner in PRTM's semiconductor industry management consulting practice where we helped our clients address strategic priorities in the areas of business and operational strategy, product/technology development, supply chain and manufacturing operations, and customer experience.I developed PRTM's Organizational Effectiveness consulting practice where we helped our clients address optimize their organizations in the areas of leadership, organizational design, talent, and incentives.I became Partner at PRTM in June of 2010, taking leadership of our Semiconductor Industry Sector and our Organizational Effectiveness practice. During my time at PRTM I worked in the semiconductor, electronic equipment, medial devices, food, consumer products, and entertainment industries.

In my final role at Intel I was responsible for the leadership development of 10,000 Intel managers worldwide and ed critical, corporate-wide organizational development programs targeted at rebuilding the corporate culture of innovation and informed risk taking. I led the executive leadership development and success planning programs. Led a 35 person team of leadership development experts, executive coaches, and training/development that provided training and experience-based development to executive leaders as well as mid-level and first line managers.

Starting in 1996 over a ten year period at Intel Corporation, I held a number of engineering and operations postions of increasing responibility in various functions, including: technology development, manufacturing strategy, M&A integration, planning and logistics, strategic capacity planning, industrial engineering, capital equipment, and business operations.During my career at Intel I lived in Malaysia, Denmark, and the United States and traveled extensively in East Asia, Central America, and Europe.

Managed 24/7 manufacturing operations and led process engineering improvement projects in ultra-high purity, cryogenic air separation plants. Served the semiconductor industry in the Pacific Northwest to deliver demanding standards of quality, uptime performance, and cost competitiveness.

Planned and executed light infantry, airborne, and ranger operations, leading teams of 40 soldiers to achieve challenging objectives under extremely adverse conditions.
