Extensive mergers and acquisition combined with practical experience of working on IP/copyright law suites as an Expert Witness as well as customer interaction experience at all levels of an organisation combined with a technical understanding that gives the ability to clearly articulate with authority, particularly critical in many situations where customer satisfaction is badly dented and often substantial revenue is at risk. Bringing the ability to be able to balance the customer need with the product need to ensure the ongoing sustainability of any solution and if appropriate deliver the difficult messages, whilst working with sales and customers to ensure that those needs are balanced. Maintained the technical credibility with the teams managed over the years, a key factor when leading and ensuring the success of global teams.
