When I was a kid, I was sure that I wanted to be a chemist when I grew up. Then, I thought being a spy sounded more fun. A little later, I wanted to make computer games. Or maybe be in a punk rock band. The list kept changing and growing. But that’s the best thing about being a kid—everything seems possible.I love designing for those possibilities. I’ve spent the last six years with startups building products and services for kids and their grownups, crafting experiences that help inspire and empower the next generation. As a proud husband and father to two little ones myself, I'm reminded of the importance of this work every day.Before working in startups, I spent seven years agency-side creating work for brands of all sizes. I love cross-functional collaboration, building and nurturing teams, and exploring the process—using research and consumer insights to help guide the way.I’m not entirely sure what the future holds, but I’m excited to find out. And luckily, I think I've finally figured out what I want to be when I grow up.
