The key to this is to adapt to the individual standing in front of you, to understand what they require and deliver in a way that opens the door to success. After graduating from university in 2010, I always envisioned running a multidisciplinary practice with a focus on improving the health, strength and fitness of my community in Aberdare. After taking the jump into business in 2012, Back2Front has become my dreams. A thriving multidisciplinary practice with huge potential to continue to grow. Physiotherapy, Massage, Pilates, Personal Training, Fitness classes and so much more within a purpose built facility with 3 treatment rooms, a performance room and studio space. I am now looking for other like minded people to join me on our journey to take healthcare to new heights.
