Previously in this role - I have had responsibility for establishing the Quality systems for recently constructed Cell Culture Early phase III facility and establishing the quality requirements for SAP ERP transfer

Lead CSL's Validation function comprising of 6 departments and 42 staff across 2 manufacturing sites. Provide technical operational knowledge to multiple manufacturing processes to meet divisional manufacturing growth strategies and new product regulatory registrations. Maintained 7+ manufacturing facilities in registered state of validation to meet Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulatory compliance.

Lead CSL's operational Quality Control laboratories and 1 technical improvement laboratory including 65 science graduate staff. Manage large operational budget of +$9.5M and set annual capital improvement of >$500K. Maintain the operational testing through-put to meet manufacturing requirements whilst ensuring that regulatory and quality compliance was maintained. Set challenging operational work objectives plan for managers and create empowered work force that allows innovation in a highly regulated environment.
