Hello, my name is Chris Balderas. I am currently a student at UNT pursuing my Bachelor's degree in History. My goal is to graduate school in May of 2019 to then pursue a career as a history teacher for high school students. I graduated high school from Plano East in Plano, Texas in 2010. I have over 8+ years in customer service experience, cash handling skills, professional skills, and I am a very reliable, trustworthy worker who will continuously commit to become better at my job day by day. I love learning about history and I love teaching history as well so I believe that a history teacher will be a really great fit for me. I am very friendly, outgoing, and a people person. I do my best to make people laugh and be a positive spirit and energy in people's lives. I hope to be an educator in either the Dallas/Ft. Worth area or as an alternative to teaching History, I am also considering teaching English in a different country where English is not the native language. I am not specific on which country I choose to teach in, but I love to travel, I have traveled too many countries and plan to travel to all of them because I love seeing different parts of the world. In my employer, I look for honesty, inspiration, innovation, macro management, respect, and an equal view of all employees regardless of race/religion/gender/ethnicity.
