Co-founder and technical architect of a revolutionary mortgage affordability calculator, which enables those looking for a mortgage to calculate what they can afford based on their deposit figure alone and by varying options with a unique slider. • Created the innovative slider that permits clear visibility of the best available rates at different Loan To Values within the possible purchase price and that shows the monthly payments, stamp duty etc. that update as the slider is moved. • Designed the calculator so that it can be easily integrated into any website.• Turned it into a Mortgage Affordability Search Calculator by developing its intelligence to perform a search of available properties within the affordable price range at the click of a button. • Enabled revenue generation by including lead-generation functionality, a value add for brokers, and designed and created the system it sits on. • The calculator has had fast uptake and growth, with many large brokerages on board including Capricorn Financial & Open Work.

Web Framework & Sites• Innovated a unique approach for our website development platform which provides the developers with full object oriented inheritance principles across the entire website development platform allowing full website and functionality inheritance across all sites and applications.

Datography is a London Digital Media agency providing estate agencies and business with managed photography and floor planning services. • Responsible for the formation of products and the development of new systems to effectively deliver these services. • All the systems currently used for delivery and day-to-day processes are based on my main platform. • Streamlined the business to make it more efficient and cost-effective. • Recently involved in the innovation, creation and launch of new services in video production and social media management.

• Invented, architected and developed a distributed addressing framework called Application Services, which managed all security and underlining communication and data transfer with Databases, File systems or other data services, such as Active Directory, Email Services, Mobile messaging. It’s a unique framework and even today the closest are possibly WebDav and .Net framework principles combined. However, it has a far simpler addressing and access methodology that allows virtualised mapping of any data service or distributed tier into a single virtual address hierarchy, for easy access.• With talented developer and architect, Ashley Crick, joint developed and designed an in memory data format called World Data, used for holding anything including data tables, files and attributes. World Data is still used today and its closet example might be .Net datasets and XML, however WorldData was faster, easier to reference and could be streamed across the network faster than XML or Datasets.• World Data and Application Services were the foundation for applications and websites developed. • Developed and joint designed the majority of the Windows and Web Applications built at Equanet, from its CRM system to the full product ordering with real time customer to distributor pricing calculations, a complex task.

Recruited into technical services, progressing within the first year to lead development and software architecture.Developed the data and image processing service for streaming high-resolution bibliographic images and data to Amazon for UK books and other products.Innovated and developed the in-house CRM application, providing the end-users with my first attempt at a dynamic and self describing interface and database.
