During this time period, I worked as Site Quality Coordinator for Marine Well Containment project. Execution of this project took me to Houston TX, Lake Charles LA, and Corpus Christi, TX. At each location, I worked closely with our EPC Contractors to ensure that contractual requirements were met. I performed verifications and assessments to ensure compliance with field drawings as well as approved specifications and procedures. I also performed documentation reviews to confirm acceptability and to assess the quality of reporting. I assisted EPC contractors in developing Inspection and Test Plans, and in writing project procedures to comply with client specification requirements. I worked closely with the Project Manager and execution team construction advisors to ensure that quality requirements were met, and attended weekly project team meetings to communicate requirements and schedules for upcoming activities. As a quality team, we held weekly meetings with contractor QA/QC personnel to discuss areas of concerns and to update progress on agreed upon resolutions. I also performed final documentation reviews and worked with our contractors to compile complete and accurate turnover documentation.
