Perform role as Project Manager for various corporate special events while overseeing all aspects of audio visual needs including technology integration, concept design and execution, labor logistics and scheduling, and any other needed assignments during pre-production through post-production.Work with Account Managers on securing client productions by assisting with event proposals, client consultations, and walkthroughs, while also ensuring that all areas of pre-production planning are being covered to create a seamless transition into show production.Assist with technical setups and operations by filling roles such as Lighting Designer and Programmer, Audio Engineer, Video Engineer, and Rigging Supervisor, while also monitoring assigned teams to make sure all proper procedures and protocols are being followed to CCR Solutions and OSHA standards.Monitor local equipment inventory and equipment allocation to ensure assigned productions have all necessary equipment in stock, and contact other vendors if cross rental situations are needed to fulfill order requirements.Create proposals for purchasing new equipment to add to the company’s inventory that will benefit the company by keeping them current with the latest technology trends, while sticking with in the allocated budget.

Responsible for the design, installation, programming, and operation on all theatrical lighting aspects of special events, as well as meet with clients and discuss their technical lighting needs and help bring their visions to life.
