Since then, he has helped companies enter new markets, expand business lines, acquire new clients and partners, scale teams and processes, develop leaders and vision, turn around underperforming divisions, build and execute financial plans as well as handle complex M&A activities. He believes that every successful business begins with a carefully crafted strategy, where the old adage "failing to plan is planning to fail" holds true.Chris’s education, along with his experience, has fueled his passion for business growth by delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences.
