Previous to this role I was part of growing professional development firm where I created two successful, customer-focused sales programs and was part of building a world-leading executive development concept which has since been deployed in thousands of businesses, including many Fortune 500 conglomerates.My education, experience and personal values support a logical, collaborative and pragmatic approach to working with people, seizing opportunities and solving problems. I have a unique ability to understand and translate complex business issues and am passionate about creating strategies to solve challenges and achieve results within complex environments. I am also very proud of my track record of fostering a positive atmosphere that motivates and engages all levels of a team to work together to bring creative solutions to the table, in order to achieve mutually beneficial goals. Outside the office I enjoy spending quality time with my family, including my Bulldog Jagger, giving back to my community, am an avid sports enthusiast (hockey, golf and skiing) and reader.
