An accomplished entrepreneur and leader with a 20+ year track record of successfully bringing a results-driven mindset, data-inspired strategy, and extensive digital-first marketing to a brand.I come armed with a Master’s Degree focused on behavioural/marketing psychology and undergraduate degrees in marketing and economics. Early in my career, I embraced an entrepreneurial mindset that assisted me in building multiple businesses of my own and now does the same for our clients. As the CEO, my role is to link the inside of our organization to the outside economy, technology, markets and most importantly to our customers’ goals. I work to empower our team with everything they need to deliver data-inspired and creative solutions that achieve your objectives. My responsibility is to challenge our team to think empathetically from the point of view of your audience so that we become more than your agency, but valued strategic assets, trusted business advisors, and true long-term partners to you and your organization. Previous to this role I was part of growing professional development firm where I created two successful, customer-focused sales programs and was part of building a world-leading executive development concept which has since been deployed in thousands of businesses, including many Fortune 500 conglomerates.My education, experience and personal values support a logical, collaborative and pragmatic approach to working with people, seizing opportunities and solving problems. I have a unique ability to understand and translate complex business issues and am passionate about creating strategies to solve challenges and achieve results within complex environments. I am also very proud of my track record of fostering a positive atmosphere that motivates and engages all levels of a team to work together to bring creative solutions to the table, in order to achieve mutually beneficial goals. Outside the office I enjoy spending quality time with my family, including my Bulldog Jagger, giving back to my community, am an avid sports enthusiast (hockey, golf and skiing) and reader.
