Engineering and technical support services for the US Navy E-2 Hawkeye and C-2 Greyhound Program Office. My specific efforts involved supporting the US Navy E-2 Advanced Development team in identifying, integrating, and demonstrating technologies to fill capability gaps.

Coordinate with the Naval Air Systems Command, the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation, and the Commander Operational Test Force to develop comprehensive Test and Evaluation plans for major Navy Tactical Aviation systems. Develop Operational Test (OT) plans including test requirements, scenarios, schedule, and funding requirements. Execute OT plans including flight conduct, data collection, and analysis. Author OT reports that include recommendations of operational effectiveness and suitability in support of acquisition decisions. Formulate tactical employment recommendations and assist in initial fleet introduction.•Supervised 12 military personnel and 9 civilian flight test engineers in all phases of test•Managed over $737,000 to complete testing on time and under budget•1000+ hours of tactical aviation and flight test in the Hornet and Super Hornet
