Engineering and technical support services for the US Navy E-2 Hawkeye and C-2 Greyhound Program Office. My specific efforts involved supporting the US Navy E-2 Advanced Development team in identifying, integrating, and demonstrating technologies to fill capability gaps.

• Coordinate with the Naval Air Systems Command, the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation, and the Commander Operational Test Force to develop comprehensive Test and Evaluation plans for major Navy Tactical.
• Supervised 12 military personnel and 9 civilian flight test engineers in all phases of test
• Managed over $737,000 to complete testing on time and under budget
• 1000+ hours of tactical aviation and flight test in the Hornet and Super Hornet

• Develop and maintain the skills necessary to tactically employ the F/A-18 Hornet and its associated weapon systems. Serve as Assistant Administrative Officer, Flight Equipment Officer, Information Systems Management.
• Earned praise from the commanding officer for increasing squadron effectiveness and efficiency by instituting computer and web based procedures to improve communications and streamline processes
• Conducted daily risk management in scheduling 12 aircraft and 41 aircrew in support of operations and training initiatives
