- Designed the Learning & Development strategy for the bank’s transformation from a project/business-case orientation to a platform/product organization. Offered the role of Machine Learning Product Owner by the CCB Chief Data & Analytics Officer. - Inserted as acting Engagement Manager of an 11-person team to stabilize delivery and restore client confidence in a languishing, multi-million-dollar NLP platform that read and analyzed unstructured legal agreements. - Instituted rigorous project management controls to bring structure and predictability (e.g. regular client touchpoints, revamped roadmap and project plan, launch strategy, process mapping, knowledge centralization, optimized workflows, etc.). We met aggressive delivery expectations for 2 stakeholder groups simultaneously and salvaged 2 years of development effort.- Was the sole VP serving on an ED/MD committee to rewrite/standardize the team’s delivery processes. Coded a VBA tool that mapped minimum req’s, ownership, and schedules for any project type, which became the line-of-business gold standard.

Saved $10K’s/yr. by developing fully in-house and proved effective against news analytics products costing 10x more.- Pioneered development of several re-usable assets, including a cross-channel communications database (enabling 30+ use cases), and pipelines for accessing/analyzing sensitive correspondence (setting legal, compliance, tech precedents at JPMC).- Turned around a floundering cyber initiative, transforming a partial solution and near-irreconcilable client relationship into a robust technical foundation resulting in significant follow-on work.
