I lead a team focused on producing technical partnerships. We're responsible for sourcing, defining and building value driving integrations between Podium and the tools our customers rely on each day.

In this role I build and manage the programs surrounding strategic and technology partnerships. Partners in this space include CRMs, POS systems, lead platforms and a variety of industry specific app tools. Program responsibilities include integration builds, go to market strategies and execution.

Lead Product Teams supporting the Sincro Advertising Media and Platform Partnerships. As the functional leader of these business lines, I was responsible for introducing and managing technical partner integrations into the Sincro ecosystem. My team oversaw project from initiation to completion starting with contract negotiation to product roadmap prioritization to feature and function delivery. I worked cross-functionally with leaders from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and more to ensure successful launch and support of product solutions. I reported to the SVP of Product and delivered regular executive readouts on project progress and successes.

I lead the team of Product Managers, Program Managers and Business Analysts responsible for CDK Global's Connected Store, a SaaS solution bringing the car buying experience to your local franchise auto dealer's website. For decades, CDK Global has managed all aspects of the car sale through inventory management, CRM, DMS, lender and credit integration that was combined into a online experience in Connected Store. My team brought these systems together for a seamless online automotive transaction.

My main responsibility has been to support Cobalt's stand alone SEO product, PowerSEO. I was instrumental in the product launch from conception to delivery and support. My duties have included managing a team of 10+ SEO Specialists supporting customers, developing product specs, competitive analysis, building out reporting requirements and much more. Every day brings a new challenge that I'm eager to take on.
