Responsible for legal matters across the division including all contract negotiations.Led the due diligence for 5 acquisitions to supplement the existing business and then the subsequent integration.

Led the Billing division (invoice printing, e-billing and document storage) with revenues of £8m and operating margins of circa 50%.Due to the nature of the service being provided (fast turnarounds and need for high levels of accuracy), operationally very challenging.
