• Designed and developed a template to track frequently validated financial institutions allowing the team is able to make informed judgments about which of the financial institutions may be automatically validated. This contribution resulted in significant time and cost savings.• Acted as a team mentor and provided training to employees on use of the template, and led monthly discussions to determine which financial institutions could be added to the list of automatically validated financial institutions.• Worked collaboratively with product development, engineering and client support to provide feedback which led to the implementation of new products for clients, including support for tax lot gathering which were aligned with new industry regulations.
