This gateway provides real-time workload summary and detail information for each step throughout customer procurement process, as well as incident tracking and accounting data.Created a web-based procurement system (Sourcer’s Workbench) to manage the quoting and validation for EnterpriseOne purchase and sales orders. The dynamic structure of this tool handles the rule enforcement for multiple government contacts.

Supported sales and marketing IT operations for the US-based BioScience and Fenwal divisions.Developed in Visual Basic an effective dated sales force management tool that automated the maintenance of all sales management structures and customer/territory realignments for the BioScience division. Lead developer on the BioScience customer relationship management project, utilizing the Siebel 6 and 7.5.3 servers and Oracle 8i and 9i transactional databases. Responsible for the ongoing validation, training, and production environments for three software releases. Developed the BioScience NA sales handheld system, that allowed the sales representatives to retrieve and submit their targeted accounts, orders, contracts, opportunities, inventory and activities through their Palm devices. Provided programming for this solution in Java, JSP, and a custom Siebel adaptor also written in Java.Responsible for data model design, development and administration of the BioScience data warehouse. This data warehouse was the backbone for the sales and marketing divisions of the company.Responsible for the setup, configuration, and deployment of the Siebel 6.0.1 Medical server, including dedicated and remote clients, as well as the server hardware and application software setup of clustered enterprise systems. Held the primary role of technical lead for all configuration, interface design, workflow and assignment processes for this project.Utilized the Enterprise Integration Manager to map and transport data from the Oracle transactional database to global sales and marketing data warehouse.Worked with financial analysts to define, architect, and implement the system responsible for the collection, validation, calculation, and presentation of all redistributed (indirect) sales data.Created reporting systems using MS Transact SQL, Visual and HTML/ASP technologies with Crystal Reports ActiveX controls (for dedicated and remote users).
