I am the VP of Operations at Humble Brands, Inc., a consumer products company. I joined Humble as employee #2 in 2018 and since then I have built, expanded and drive constant innovation with my team for manufacturing and fulfillment and supporting activities.I have recruted hired and developed my team and lead and manage the daily scope of multiple operations areas, including innovation (people, process and technology) manufacturing, procurement, multiple facilities, equipment, logistics, supply chain, B2C and B2B fulfillment, systems, quality, safety, sustaining engineering, maintenance, hiring, training, procurement, and new product integration.Before joining Humble, I had a successful 20+ career in management consulting and enterprise software where I was involved in 7 Silicon Valley-based enterprise software startups, one IPO and six acquisitions. I have completed hundreds of major CXO-level enterprise consulting and software projects in over 40 countries, melding business process design, re-engineering, and innovation with technology. I lived and worked in Asia and Europe for 10 years, gaining exposure to diverse cultures and markets and developing cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.I am also a venture partner at FinSight Ventures, a global venture capital firm that invests in fintech and enterprise software companies. I work with our portfolio companies on operational excellence in software delivery and customer success to drive company and customer value.
