We keep a large stock of most of our products including baby changing stations, swimsuit water extractors, automatic soap dispensers, mirrors, grab bars, etc. We also specialize in the growing field of drinking fountains and water coolers, proudly representing the Elkay brands to our many commercial customers. Our incredible team proudly provides excellent customer service while providing clean water and clean hands. Bavada.com sells hand dryers and commercial washroom fixtures throughout Europe and into other parts of the world. We ship from our 3PL warehouse in Venlo, the Netherlands and specialize in sales into Germany and France. We are headquartered in Ireland. We sell many of the same items as Berls.com.

Managing mineral, oil and gas rights in the Appalachian Basin

Involved in all major management decisions as the number 2 person in charge of the company. Led all aspects of Sales and Marketing. Helped transition the company through a management buy-out as we separated from Carrier and United Technologies to become an independent company. Reorganized our manufacturer's representative network. Worked closely with major customers such as Grainger and McDonald's. Led a major product recall. Spearheaded product consolidation and worked on product development. Expanded overseas networks in Europe, Australia / New Zealand. Attempted to expand into China in coordination with our manufacturing arm there.

Worked with president of the division and presidents of 5 sub-divisions in the food service equipment industry on marketing strategy and business development. Developed a new, more detailed system for evaluating the markets, customers and products in a way that would help the company to make better strategic decisions. Led, negotiated and completed the divestiture of the freezer business unit. Created research reports and recommendations to decentralize the company. As a result, we integrated some units into the rest of Carrier while divesting of the others.

Mergers and Acquisitions Manager for Hamilton Sundstrand and United Technologies (now Raytheon.) Performed detail analysis on acquisition targets. Led due diligence teams. I was the lead analyst on the successful joint venture with China Eastern Airlines to manufacture and supply Auxiliary Power Units in China. I led teams to purchase an Australia compressor company and a US manufacturing equipment company. Evaluated major buy-out targets such as Raytheon (which eventually purchased UTC) and spin-offs from companies such as BAE and Siemens. Evaluated our own business units for potential sale. Became certified in ACE, UTC's continuous improvement operating system, and led the Business Development department's ACE program to achieve the highest level (gold) in the company.

Performed detailed analysis on Fuel Cell markets, with a focus on the world-wide bus manufacturing markets. Studied the manufacturing processes at UTC Fuel Cells and presented reports as part of a team for process improvement.

In the summer of 2000, I was an MBA intern in the corporate offices of United Technologies (now Raytheon). Starting in 2001, I was part of the 2-year MBA management rotation program at the company (which I left early because I was offered a permanent position in M&A.) During the summer internship, a team of three of us traveled to UTC Business Development (M&A) offices throughout the world to interview the mergers and acquisitions specialists in those locations. We then wrote the Due Diligence portion of the Company's larger M&A guide available to all divisions for their M&A activity.

Founded and ran the Coffee Grinder and the Newport Fruit and Smoothie Company. Both were sold and are still in operation. In all, started 4 separate shops. Running coffee shops gave me countless business experiences that were very helpful not only in future businesses, but also in business school.
