Essential Functions: Serve as a positive mentor to OT members. Have the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously. Work closely with a team of therapists, coaches, and staff in a treatment team format and participate in monthly supervision. Meet individually with members as needed (minimum of weekly) for coaching around treatment goals as defined in their individualized Family Agreement (i.e.- education, etc.).
