Real Estate Development / Management

Responsible for establishing new dealer/manufacturers of the Original Big Block engineered retaining walls system. My territory included the Southern half of the United States, Caribbean, and established the first international dealer/manufacturer in Taiwan. Responsibilities included product training, sales training, initiating product specifications with federal, state, and local agencies, and regional dealer meetings.• Bickley's Enterprises, Inc. established national sales firm (2000) to represent Redi-Rock International, manufacturer of retaining wall systems for soil retention and erosion control, with a territory encompassing the southern half of the US, Caribbean, and Taiwan.• Established the first international dealership in Taiwan.• Grew dealerships across the US, the dealer network from four to more than 100 in five years.• Core team member that developed the Redi-Rock retaining wall system.• Partnered with agencies including the Department of Transportation and Army Corps of Engineers to ensure compliances with standards and regulations. • Trained and mentored dealer personnel in Redi-Rock business model and methodology, including product training and sales training.
