Highly motivated Human Capital Management Professional. My 25+ yrs in the industry started post the US Army with a focus on the core process of Time Labor Management. Beginning as a VAR (Mfg. Rep) selling TLM software in a company of 1, which ultimately grew into a multi-million dollar software development Co. in the TLM space. Identifying & creating partner relationships was critical to company’s expansion. Transitioning the company from a reseller with On Prem software to a Software Development utilizing a tech stack of Microsoft ASP.Net and SQL to create the Time Advantage Web Solution. This provided in depth experience with managing programmers/product management/sales/implementation & acute industry awareness. Seeing the consolidation brought by the ACA to the HCM products I ultimately sold Advantek to MangroveHR thus forming PeopleGuru who utilizes the Time Advantage TLM engine in production today for it’ Mid-Market Offering (200 - 3,000 Lives)
