Chris Bierly is a senior partner in the Boston office of Bain & Company. He has more than 35 years of strategy consulting experience, advising leaders across the private, public, and non-profit sectors on their most complex management challenges. Chris has worked with clients across a number of industries, including education, media, restaurants, consumer products, and retail. He leads Bain’s Global K-14 Education, Music, and Restaurant practices. Chris has a broad background in strategy development and performance improvement, and has particularly extensive experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He advises corporate and private equity sponsors on a range of transactions and post-transaction business strategies. Chris is strongly committed to social impact. He has helped launch and develop Bain's K-14 Education, Economic Development, and Environmental social impact practices. He also has extensive experience in impact investing.Chris is a board member of TNTP, serves on the Good Jobs Institute Advisory Board and the University of Virginia Arts Council, and is a Senior Advisor to Endeavor Global.
