Over the years, the service has evolved and is now leading the way in contemporary mental health and wellbeing programs.Our coaching style uses a strength-based approach to help you build capacity, confidence and get you back in the driver’s seat of your own wellbeing and recovery.

Since joining Chamber as a board member in 2018, I was proud to be elected as Vice President in February 2021 to further serve our business community.
