Control over all B2B sales operations at a leading provider of home medical equipment (HME) overseeing strategic sales planning and operations, product development and distribution planning. Reported directly CEO.Selected Contributions:• Total revenue generation of $27MM annually• Increase annual revenue by 380% over 4 years – Increased operations and distribution to scale with growth in a sustainable fashion• Launched new product lines for three divisions reaching an average of 105% of sales goal within first 2 years• Secured partnerships with the two largest distributors in the U.S. resulting in sales of $12MM and $16MM in years 1 and 2 respectively • Traveled internationally, working with product engineers and manufacturers to develop innovative products to sell in the North American Market

Led a 48-person B2B sales unit responsible for Handicare’s safe patient handling (SPH) and stairlift products through both direct and reseller channels across North America. Held concurrent responsibility serving as the Managing Director of the Canadian office for 1.5 years, exceeding $15 million in yearly sales and overseeing its sale through an acquisition process.Selected Contributions:• Increased the homecare B2B dealer network by 29% resulting in a 12% boost in annual sales in 2014• Won a procurement contract valued at $5 Million with the largest home healthcare provider in the U.S. • Acquired a partnership with the largest distribution group in North America leading to an 18% increase in SPH products• Secured an alliance with the top independent sales representative group which grew the home healthcare provider network by 19% and sales of Home Accessibility and SPH product lines• Traveled internationally, working with product engineers and manufacturers to develop innovative products to sell in the North American and Canadian Markets

Managed a 26-person Eastern U.S. sales team consisting of Inside and Outside Sales Representatives for the leading manufacturer of personal mobility products while overseeing product development efforts for a $500M product line, Pride Mobility Scooters.
