Project Manager - Information Technology
CurrentProject Manager to develop and manage Information Technology projects to increase operational efficiencies across all areas of a cutting edge insurance billing and servicing company.Includes formulating and implementing technology projects designed to increase operational efficiencies and being the main conduit between the IT Department and the Operations Departments responsible for creating and implementing new products and processes. Also, leads and assists in all aspects of change management including research, documentation, implementation and user education on technology replacements and enhancements. Gathers business requirements and documentation requests for internal software modifications for the Operations Department. Participates in detailed testing of newly developed software modifications. Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications or implementing alternative solutions. Is also responsible for determining costs, timetables, and compatibility, and implementation plans for new systems.
