The first applications enabled dynamic modelling of organisation structures and a further application to gauge the culture of an organisation through the behaviour of its staff. The digital platform enables quick, iterative updating, user configuration all at a disruptive low cost compared to legacy systems.

An interesting three months with the UK's Premier (sorry) budget hotel chain. I covered the transition between Programme Managers, built a summer reporting dashboard that, for the first time, combined Finance, HR, Payroll and Opera room booking information to provide a more holistic view of hotel performance. Took part in data collection for the design of a managers standard day and look forward to using my hospitality knowledge somewhere else soon!

Based in Weston-s-Mare I rescue vintage glass display cabinets and wrap them in protective new clothes for 2015 and beyond! I love the symmetry and elegance of this period furniture and opportunity to re-use these lovely items as 'themed' collector cabinets, or retail displays, while adding modern LED lighting and wood protection was too good to miss.
