As the General Manager of Yuk Yuk's Ottawa, I am responsible for group sales and fundraising, as well as club operations management. I have been in this role for over 10 years, and I have successfully increased the revenue and reputation of the club through my strategic and customer-focused approach. I have also built strong relationships with corporate and community partners, and hosted numerous events and shows that showcase local and national talent.My background in sales and management spans over 15 years, and includes working as an Account Manager at Pitney Bowes Canada and a Corporate Account Representative at TELUS Communications. In these roles, I demonstrated my ability to sell various office products and services, including digital imaging solutions and wireless voice and data, to diverse and demanding clients, such as the Government of Canada. I also have a BA in Psychology from Carleton University, which helps me understand the needs and motivations of my customers and team members. I am passionate about comedy, writing, and speaking, and I enjoy using my skills to create memorable and engaging experiences for my clients.
