Leadership of church during the transition between Senior Pastors. Oversight of whole church, management of staff, running of services, pastoral care, managing people, oversight of preaching program, regular preaching, training interns, partnering with board (aka Parish Council). Building up leaders, developing systems, managing and developing budgets and increasing giving. Extremely thankful that God provided His strength to get me through this time!
