Christopher (Chris) specializes in the provision of management consulting services on environmentally impaired property including industrial, commercial, and brownfield sites. He is a licensed professional geologist (NH) and certified professional geologist with more than 20 years of progressive technical and management experience. Chris's experience has afforded him the skill set, ability and opportunity to manage projects and programs ranging from a few thousand to a few million dollars.Chris has extensive experience performing real estate due diligence and environmental assessments in accordance with various commercial guidance and state and federal regulatory requirements. He has completed environmental assessment and remediation activities at project sites with varying degrees of technical difficulty and regulatory scrutiny throughout the eastern US. He has represented clients and owners in front local, state and federal regulatory agencies interacting with these stakeholders to derive successful project outcomes.In 2016, Chris incorporated PACSCON GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (PACSCON) to provide professional environmental science, consulting, and management services to a client base in the Southeast US and beyond. The company was founded on the principles of honesty, integrity and putting the client first. We are a highly responsive, pragmatic, cost effective, and entrepreneurial consulting practice comprised of a select group of senior technical professionals who are experts in their fields.Chris was appointed to the Pasco County Planning Commission in 2019.
