Chris' team is responsible for all Quota Share accounts as well as Facultative and Stop Loss premiums for QBENA, in additional Chris leads the Ceded FP&A team in developing our three year budget and quarterly reforecasting. Prior to QBE, as a consultant Chris was involved with and led a variety of litigation and arbitration projects, primarily for insurance/reinsurance and surety clients, including: reinsurance recoverables disputes, bond loss analysis, construction management, TPA fraud, intermediary fraud, accounting reconstruction, cash reconciliations, reallocation of ULAE related to transitional service agreements as well as premium and claims audits. Chris has over five years experience providing replacement broker services for large international reinsurer, ceding premiums and billing and collecting recoverables on a $250M multi-line program. Chris has proven ability to interact with executive management, provide leadership and formulate appropriate and practical solutions to complex issues.
