Current• Create and update the product roadmap, clearly defining goals, objectives, scope,budget, timelines, risk management strategies, and key deliverables.• Work closely with users and stakeholders to refine product features, ensuring they meetuser needs and align with expectations.• Integrate service insights into the product development process to ensure thatcustomer needs and service quality are consistently reflected in the product'sevolution.• Translate high-level strategies into actionable milestones, tasks, and sprints for thedevelopment team, ensuring timely completion of sprints.• Manage and prioritize the product development backlog, ensuring the most valuablefeatures are delivered first.• Stay informed of advancements in audio/visual technology and identify opportunitiesfor their integration within software initiatives.• Continuously monitor product performance and market success, making adjustments asnecessary to improve outcomes.• Identify, contract, and manage external development resources as needed, ensuringalignment with project goals.
