Direct report to CIO and senior leader for application development, maintenance and architecture, supporting Ciena globally with a team of six direct reports and ~ 100 FTEs. Leadership focus has been to drive systems and business process re-engineering, application rationalization, cloud and mobile strategy, improve operational metrics, and establish a Quality Assurance discipline. Application portfolio is comprised of Oracle EBS, OBIEE, Hyperion, Informatica, Agile, SharePoint, Box, SalesForce.com, Workday, Financial Force, Chameleon, and custom developed .net applications.
