As an experienced leader in the non-profit arts and entertainment field, I am passionate about my career. Over the last 20+ years opportunities have taken me all over the country, to graduate school at Yale, and to the largest shows on Broadway. I have spent the last 13 years working at the wonderful Orlando Family Stage and love calling it my home. OFS is the only professional Theatre for Young Audiences in the state of Florida and I am passionate about our mission to empower children in our community. I am grateful for all of the people who make our work possible and honored to lead you all. Outside of my primary career, I am also constantly learning and growing. That has brought new challenges and opportunity into my professional life. In 2017, I co-founded an education software company called ClassMax. The startup world has taught me many new skills and I'm proud of the company we built! Currently ClassMax has about 5000 users all over the world and is helping teachers save hours in their classroom every week.Giving back is also extremely important to me. Many hours each week go toward mentoring students at UCF, working with professionals to better our Central Florida community in programs like Leadership Orlando, and giving back through my wonderful church, St. Luke's in SW Orlando. The past few years I helped build a new non-profit organization GOPAR, Greater Orlando Performing Arts Relief. We have raised and distributed over $100k to entertainment industry workers throughout Central Florida.And last but certainly not least, my high school sweetheart and I have been married more than 18 years and we have two growing children, 14 and 12 years old!
