Before joining Evergreen Bank, I worked as a private practice attorney, handling commercial litigation, corporate structuring, and compliance for various clients, including top-tier corporations such as McDonalds and Best Buy. I drafted and maintained transactional agreements, prepared risk management evaluations, and provided strategic instruction to minimize business interruption. I also represented large construction, hospitality, and transportation companies in catastrophic injury matters, taking three cases to trial and resolving dozens of mediations and arbitrations. My background in computer networking, which I gained from working at Hewlett-Packard before pursuing a legal career, has helped me obtain and apply my CIPP/US certification, as well as litigate complex network discovery issues.
