Current- Manage Functions pertaining to creating and producing events, activations and meetings for Global Brands leveraging expertise in creative design, event operations and budget management - Lead the selection and integration of operational processes across culturally diverse teams and agencies while overseeing execution excellence and production safety - Oversee all aspects of event development, creative and planning including partnerships, contracts, finances, contracts, timelines, staffing and supply partners- Maintain communication with broad teams through the planning and execution process to ensure the best possible outcomes- Ensure all events operate smoothly keeping an eye on brand objectives, property and venue obligations and safetyKEY ACHIEVEMENTS: 📌 Improve RFX initiatives, ensure competitive bidding practices, introduce detailed production and reporting procedures as well as operational oversight of global meetings and events📌 Boost consistency, efficiency and transparency in the agency and supplier selection processes, manage project briefings, production and cost control processes as well as other production protocols and procedures for global brand activations
