Senior Applications Support Analyst (SASA) on the Launch Operations Support Contract (LOSC). The SASA is the main application support resource to identify, analyze and triage problems and determine timely and optimal solution approaches; supports production applications and ensures the software is functioning properly after installation. Monitoring production environments to ensure applications are operational during pre-defined, critical operating times. Duties also included responding to support requests to analyze and troubleshoot problems, escalate to appropriate resources, identify and propose solutions as well as provide updates and communication to users and the management team.

Taught interoperability aspects of OneSAF with various C2 devices (BCS3, FBCB2, CPOF, DCGS, AFATDS and AARS). Supported Training Exercise Military Operations (TEMO) first use as a trainer, tester and on-site Subject Matter Expert (SME) during annual TEMO exercise(s).
