This included pay banding / grading / bonuses / contracts / job specs etc resulting in the creation and implementation of a new pay and reward system• Conceived and executed the strategic restructuring of the organisation from its diverse mix of 3 high street brands into a unified chain under a single brand identity of O2 including all change management elements for the UK & Europe.
