As a filmmaker, I want to be recognised as a Director who is not afraid to push the limits of my own creative abilities, as well as push the limits of an audience. I'm passionate not only about telling interesting stories that spark conversation and question the world, but using unique methods and techniques to deliver these stories. I enjoy watching and making films of all genres, in both live action and animation. I love collaborating with other filmmakers both in Australia and around the world. I hold both an Australian and EU passport so please feel free to contact me.In 2010 I was the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) MAFMAD (Make a Film, make a difference) winner. I received a $20,000 grant to write and direct my TVC ‘What’s on your mind?’, which tackles the social issues of ‘partying in the car’ and risk taking on our roads. In 2013 I wrote and directed my first animated short film 'Second Chance' which screened at Melbourne International Animation Festival, St Kilda Film Festival and picked up 5 awards including the 'Rising Star' award at the Canada International Film Festival.Recently I collaborated with the 2015 Australian of the Year Rosie Batty and the Luke Batty Foundation during the production of my short film 'Superheroes'.
