Reconciled and balanced the entire corporate accounts receivable account, which had been previously uncollectible for-two-to three years prior to my hire. Accomplished this in twelve months before the company was sold.Collected millions of dollars in cash, reconciled confusing accounts with incorrect billing, and developed the company's first automated system to analyze all invoices at once, break them down by date and customer account, and allow me to present organized, understandable binders full of hundreds or thousands of invoices and supporting details to each client. Business-to-business client relationships were key to this reconciliation, as customers had been frustrated by a few new hires claiming to able to resolve their billing issues to no avail.
