As the Director of Operations, I am responsible for the creation and ongoing implementation of the 2022 Stewardship Plan, which will align the organization's strategic goals and meet the requirements of British Columbia's Ministry of Environment and Climate Change. I develop and implement operational systems and processes to evaluate our progress, overcome obstacles and ultimately succeeded in reaching our goals. My aim is to maximize the efficiency and continuous improvement of the program through extensive process analysis and collaboration with collectors and service providers. In addition, I oversee the marketing and communication plan and develop the strategy to achieve the requirements set out in the Stewardship Plan.
