Chris’ practice spans the full scope of trade mark services. He has over ten years’ experience in intellectual property and has worked in a number of Australia’s leading top tier firms. Chris is passionate about all things IP and provides trade mark advice across a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Chris has extensive experience in the fashion, design and retail industries. He represents market-leading brands in contested proceedings and has successfully represented a number of high profile artists and celebrities, protecting their brand assets both locally and internationally. Chris was recognised as Managing IP’s Rising Star in both 2018 and 2019, and is currently considered as a Notable Practitioner. Chris was previously a chair of the INTAs Non Traditional Trade Marks Committee (East Asia and Pacific), and is currently a member of the Trade Marks Office Practices Committee (East Asia and Pacific). Chris is also a member of the New Zealand and International Trade Mark Committee of the Institute of Patent and Trade Marks Attorneys of Australia.
