As Director of Finance for Muscogee Nation Gaming Enterprises, I lead a talented team of accountants, auditors, financial analysts, and cash operations personnel operating across 11 different gaming facilities in Oklahoma. I began my tribal gaming journey 15 years ago as a revenue auditor for Downstream Casino Resort. After 2 years of audit, analyst, and management experience, I took my skillset to River Spirit Casino. RSC is the flagship gaming facility of Muscogee Creek Nation Casinos (MCNC). MCNC would later become Muscogee Nation Gaming Enterprises (MNGE) in 2022. With this company, I've held titles of Revenue Audit Manager, Operations Controller, Corporate Controller, and now Director of Finance.During my time with MNGE I've helped centralize, standardize, and streamline various processes within my functional areas. I'm experienced in all areas of finance including managerial accounting, gaming and hospitality audits, budgeting, gaming and financial analytics, financial reporting, and taxes.
